Support Staff of the Year

enCompass Academy is proud to announce Dontressia Green as our 2024-25 Support Staff of the Year.

Dontressia Green, enCompass's Support Person of the Year, has been in education for 6 years.  Ms. Green grew up in Clyo and being part of the Effingham community is part of who she is.    She has always been inspired by educators who make learning accessible and engaging – there is no better place for that than enCompass. Ms. Green’s commitment to helping students realize their full potential is a testimony to her dedication to the community she calls home.
