Students at enCompass Academy participate in all State Assessments and many Local District Assessments and Benchmarks. Below is a list of assessments and benchmarks and which students/grade levels participate in each. 

You can also view links to help you support your student. Please remember that testing is a time for students to show what they know. When we make testing a stressful situation, students do not perform as well. We encourage you to be supportive and encouraging during testing. 

Behavior Support Students

• GKIDS Readiness Assessment and GKIDS 2.0
  • Kindergarten 
• ECSD End of Year Progress Check for English Language Arts & Mathematics
  • Grades 1 & 2
• Georgia Milestones Assessment System (GMAS) End of Grade
  
  • Grades 3-8
    • All grade levels take English Language Arts & Mathematics
    • Grades 5 & 8 also take Science
    • Grade 8 also takes Social Studies
• Georgia Milestones Assessment System (GMAS) End of Course
  
  • The GMAS EOC counts as 20% of the student's final grade for that course.
  • High school students take the EOC assessment after completing the following courses

  • Given 3 times a year (Fall, Winter, Spring)
