Tracy Owens brings a strong background in service and care to her role at enCompass. She began her professional career in the medical field as a surgical technologist, driven by a lifelong desire to help others. After several years in healthcare, she transitioned into higher education as a Student Services Coordinator and oversaw the Office of Disabilities, allowing her to advocate for and support others.
Since joining enCompass after moving to Georgia, Tracy has truly found her passion working alongside staff, parents, and students. She believes everyone deserves to feel valued and supported and that second chances can change lives.
Tracy is known for her compassionate spirit, positive attitude, and commitment to creating a welcoming environment. Outside of school, she cherishes time with her high school sweetheart (celebrating 40 years of marriage!), her three sons, and her growing family of grandchildren.
